- Report the Incident: Claims must be reported within 30 days of the incident. Contact Momentum and provide:
- Incident details and driver’s license information
- Third-party details (if applicable)
- SAPS case number within 48 hours of the incident
Momentum’s Safety Returns program rewards you with up to 30% cashback on your premiums annually when you engage with the app’s safety features—even if you submit a claim.
Building Insurance Claims
For structural or outbuilding damages, Momentum’s advisors are available to assist with claims involving burst geysers, fires, or theft.
