Launching in February 2026, the NAMFISA Graduate Development Programme provides an immersive experience for eight selected graduates. Spanning one to three years, the programme aims to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge across various fields, including:

  • Data Science
  • Actuarial Science
  • Economics and Financial Mathematics
  • Human Resources
  • Law

Participants undergo rotational assignments across NAMFISA’s departments, guided by dedicated mentors. The experience combines on-the-job training, formal education, and professional development, preparing graduates for the local and global job markets.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, candidates must:

  1. Be Namibian citizens with outstanding academic achievements (minimum 70% aggregate).
  2. Have graduated (or expect to graduate) between 2022 and 2024.
  3. Commit to the programme’s employment terms.
  4. Be free of other employment obligations.
