Applying to study at Lovedale

Send back the application form to us between 1 – 30 September  via registered mail or hand delivery to the campus to where you have applied to.

We will sms, call and send an application letter to successful students within a week of the closing date.

NSFAS provides financial assistance for poor and academically deserving students.

Applying for NSFAS financial assistance

In the past new students would be required to apply directly at the TVET college. The process has changed now. If you are matriculating in 2016, you must apply directly to NSFAS using this Self-Service NSFAS app.

Please note, if you are already studying at a TVET college and have been funded by NSFAS in 2016, you do not need to re-apply for funding in 2026.

Lovedale Public TVET College is one the oldest colleges in the country, featuring strongly in the history of South African education.
