  • Report Power Interruptions in Real Time: If you experience a power outage, simply report it through Alfred, and the chatbot will log the issue and supply you with a reference number for follow-up.
  • Get Progress Feedback: Alfred keeps you updated on the status of your power interruption. Whether it’s been resolved or still in progress, you can check in with Alfred for updates.
  • Submit Meter Readings: One of Alfred’s new features includes the ability to submit self-read meter readings. This ensures your electricity bill is accurate and saves you the hassle of manually submitting them through other means.
