Accessing Your MyLife Email Account

To access your MyLife email, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the http://mylife.unisa.ac.za/
  2. Enter your full email address (e.g., yourstudentnumber@mylife.unisa.ac.za) and your MyLife email password.
  3. Click on “Sign in.”

What to Do if Your Password Isn’t Active

If you find that your password isn’t working, it may need to be reset. To synchronize your password with your MyLife mailbox, follow these steps:

  2. Click on “My Admin.”

  2. After claiming your account, it may take up to 24 hours for your MyLife email account to be created.
