Accessing Your MyLife Email Account

  1. Go to the http://mylife.unisa.ac.za/

  3. Click on “Sign in.”

What to Do if Your Password Isn’t Active

If you find that your password isn’t working, it may need to be reset. To synchronize your password with your MyLife mailbox, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MyUnisa account.
  2. Click on “My Admin.”
  3. Select the “Change Password” link and complete the form to update your password.

  2. After claiming your account, it may take up to 24 hours for your MyLife email account to be created.
  3. Once created, log in using your full MyLife email address and your MyUnisa password by clicking the MyLife email button on the MyUnisa homepage.
