There are additional personal information you need to write down so you can start scheduling your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Again, write down all the required personal information on the NBI Online Registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>These personal details needed are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Middle Name \u2013 if not available, please type MNU which means Middle Name Unknown<\/li><li>Nickname<\/li><li>AKA\/Other Name<\/li><li>Civil Status (if you want to change it)<\/li><li>Birth Place<\/li><li>Citizenship<\/li><li>Your Address \u2013 following this format Street \/ Unit \/ Bldg \/ Village<\/li><li>Your Mobile Number<\/li><li>Father\u2019s Name<\/li><li>Father\u2019s Birth Place<\/li><li>Mother\u2019s Name<\/li><li>Mother\u2019s Birth Place<\/li><li>Educational Attainment<\/li><li>Occupation<\/li><li>Religion<\/li><li>Height in centimeters<\/li><li>Weight in Kilograms<\/li><li>Complexion<\/li><li>Identifying Marks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>Please take note that all personal information that you\u2019ve written on your NBI Online Registration Application Form will reflect your actual NBI Clearance so just make sure all of them are correct.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>In case you made an error or mistake in writing your personal information, you can still edit it using the \u201c<strong><em>EDIT<\/em><\/strong>\u201d button after you have clicked the saved button.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The only ones that are not allowed to edit on the NBI Online Website are your Complete Name (First and Last name), your Birth Date and the email address you used.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>All personal information that you have written may be edited or exchanged except as noted.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>After finishing the NBI Online Application Form, click the Save Information button at the lowest part of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbiclearance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/How-To-Apply-NBI-Clearance-Online-Save-Personal-Information-for-NBI-Clearance1.jpg\" alt=\"Save Information NBI Online Application Form\" class=\"wp-image-1129\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>After you save it, a pop up window will appear showing all the personal information you have entered on the NBI Online Registration Application Form.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Please double check all of them to avoid the wrong details.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Now you are done with the NBI Online Registration Application Form. You can go to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nbi-online-appointment\">NBI Online Appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The NBI Online Appointment, as we mentioned in the previous paragraphs, is one way to make our NBI Clearance Online easier to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>To continue our process of applying for NBI Clearance, we will go to the step where each applicant is required to\u00a0schedule an appointment with NBI Online before going to the NBI branch.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>To do this, simply click the button that says \u201c<strong><em>APPLY FOR CLEARANCE<\/em><\/strong>\u201d which you will see on the right if you\u2019re using your desktop or laptop.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbiclearance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/How-To-Apply-NBI-Clearance-Online-Apply-for-Clearance-and-Edit-Information1.jpg\" alt=\"Apply for NBI Clearance Online\" class=\"wp-image-1148\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>After pressing the said button, a confirmation window will appear asking you what type of ID and ID number you will present when applying NBI Online.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Just press the \u201c<strong><em>I Agree<\/em><\/strong>\u201d button to continue the NBI Online process.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A window will appear again mentioning some import reminders. You may read it or not. Click the \u201c<strong><em>Close<\/em><\/strong>\u201d button after reading.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>From the long list of NBI Branches, select one using the drop down arrow. It is best to choose the closest and most convenient NBI Online Branch from where you currently live.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbiclearance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/How-To-Apply-NBI-Clearance-Online-Select-Date-and-Time-for-NBI-Clearance-Application-Appointment2.jpg\" alt=\"Schedule an Appointment for NBI Clearance\" class=\"wp-image-1156\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>After choosing the NBI Branch, its time for you to choose the day and what time you should go to the NBI Branch.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>In the calendar displayed on the NBI Online website, you can choose your preferred day. All dates highlighted or colored in blue are available. In one day, there are two slots to choose from. This is the AM or PM. Just choose the time you have the ability to go to the branch.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nbi-online-payment\">Payment Of NBI Online Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>After you have set the schedule for your NBI Online Application, you can choose which payment method you want.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>You have six payment method options to choose from, these are the following.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bank over the Counter<\/li><li>Online Bank<\/li><li>Payment Center Outlets<\/li><li>Pay Center Mobile App<\/li><li>ECPay<\/li><li>7-Eleven<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>From the above options, just choose the payment option that you know will be easy and convenient for you.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbiclearance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/NBI-Online-Fee-Payment-Options.png\" alt=\"NBI Clearance Fee Payment Option\" class=\"wp-image-1515\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>If I were to ask, the easiest and fastest would be to pay\u00a0NBI Clearance Fees at 7-Eleven.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>But you can also choose Bayad Center because of its many branches spread throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If your bank has the capability to pay NBI Clearance Online through their website or mobile app, it\u2019s a good idea to use it. Since you don\u2019t have to leave your home. Just make sure to check with your bank if they allow NBI Online payments using their facility.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>You can also use the Bayad Center App if you have one.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Lastly and my least favorite, is to pay your NBI Clearance Fee by going to the bank. I do not recommend this because first and foremost, there are many people in the bank trying to do their own transactions. There are usually long queue lines.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Unlike Bayad center and 7-Eleven where customers or clients\u2019 payment are processed quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Going back to our tutorial, just choose one of the six options mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Click the boxes containing the payment method selected. For this tutorial, our choice is 7-Eleven.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>A small window will appear, just press \u201c<strong><em>Proceed<\/em><\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Another window will appear where it will show you your transaction summary and how much NBI Online Fee is.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Please note that this is not the final amount of the NBI Clearance Fee. This will change due to other charges.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Now, press the \u201c<strong><em>Proceed to Payment<\/em><\/strong>\u201d button to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>After the last button is pressed, another small window will appear showing your NBI Reference Number.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Please write it down or take a picture or screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>This NBI Reference number will be used or will be presented when you pay at 7-Eleven or Payment Center. Please provide your NBI Reference Number to the cashier so that it can be encoded and processed.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nbiclearance.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/How-To-Apply-NBI-Clearance-Online-NBI-Clearance-Reference-Number1.jpg\" alt=\"NBI Reference Number\" class=\"wp-image-1151\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>This is the final step in NBI Clearance Online after you pay your NBI Online Fee.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The next is the actual process of your NBI Clearance where you are required to go to the NBI Clearance Branch on the day and time of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nbi-online-application-process\">Processing Your NBI Online Application<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>This section is designed to discuss the most important part of the NBI Clearance Online Application.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Before you go to the NBI Clearance Branch of your choice, make sure you have two valid IDs and your NBI Reference Number.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If you do not have a Valid ID, you will not be allowed to the enter the gates of NBI. All applicants who doesn\u2019t have an NBI Reference Number are also not entertained because\u00a0Walk In for NBI Clearance Application\u00a0is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Note that\u00a0NBI Online Requirements\u00a0must be presented.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>In this step, here we will experience the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Photo capture<\/li><li>Biometrics<\/li><li>Final Verification and Quality Control<\/li><li>and Releasing of NBI Clearance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>For Photo Capture, just like any other normal Valid ID. You, as an applicant will stand in front of the camera to take your photo. This photo will be printed on your actual NBI Clearance. You have nothing to do here but to listen to the NBI Clearance Staff\u2019s instructions. Don\u2019t forget to at the camera!<\/p>\n\n\n<p>For Biometrics, you will be guided by the NBI Clearance Staff to get your finger prints. Your fingers will be placed on their finger print scanner and will be digitally mapped to be placed in their database.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>For Final Verification, all of your written personal information on the NBI Online Website will be displayed on the NBI Clearance Staff\u2019s computer screen. Please double check every personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If you find something wrong or want to change it, here\u2019s your chance.
