Click \u201cproceed\u201d once it\u2019s done and you\u2019ll be taken to the few pages where you need to fill in more of your information.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Complete the application form and make sure all information is true and accurate. Once done, click the \u201cSummary\u201d button at the bottom to double-check the information one last time before submitting your form.&nbsp;<\/li><li>The next page is a confirmation page of your registration.
