(Contractual Obligations)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are required to render one year\u2019s service for every year of financial aid received from Transnet after acquiring the qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subjects failed must be repeated at student\u2019s own cost.
