In such a case a full refund will be made.<\/p>\n<h3>Entry Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>A relevant <em>Bachelor of Laws<\/em> or <em>Bachelor of Commerce in Law<\/em> or <em>Bachelor of Arts in Law or <\/em>equivalent qualification is a prerequisite for admission to the postgraduate certificate courses; <strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Applicants with <em>Bachelor of Science<\/em> degrees in <em>Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, <\/em>and<em> Physics<\/em> may be admitted to the <em>Climate Change and Energy Law<\/em>, <em>International Nuclear Law<\/em>, and <em>Prospecting and Mining Law<\/em> courses provided they have substantial working experience in the relevant sector. Such applicants are encouraged to do Introduction to Law for Non-Lawyers if they will not be able to cope with postgraduate legal studies; <strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Applicants with any other undergraduate qualifications must complete the bridging course Introduction to Law for Non-Lawyers or equivalent courses first as well as have relevant legal work experience in the specific legal field before they would be considered for other courses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You will be required to submit a copy of your Bachelors Degree, academic record as well as a copy of your identity document or passport.<\/p>\n<p>NB: ONLY applicants with a Law undergraduate qualification may apply for credit for Mandela Institute short courses towards the LLM degree.<\/p>\n<h3>Course Costs<\/h3>\n<p>The fees for Mandela Institute short courses vary.
