Students who are pursuing full-time studies in these fields, may apply a bursary for the 2026 academic year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Finance (BCom) (majoring in Property Valuation and Management)<\/li><li>Property Valuation and Management (BCom)<\/li><li>Property Management (BSc)<\/li><li>Property Studies (BSc)<\/li><li>Real Estate (BSc)<\/li><li>Town and Regional Planning (BSc)<\/li><li>Urban and Regional Planning (BSc)<\/li><li>Construction Studies (BSc)<\/li><li>Quantity Surveying (BSc)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MORE ABOUT THE SAPOA BURSARY PROGRAMME \u2013 SELECTION &amp; OTHER OPPORTUNITIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SAPOA will award bursaries based on 4 main criteria: financial need; academic merit; availability of funds and university requirements.
