We have made applying to university very simple; just follow these few simple steps below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>When should I apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible in the application cycle. You can find UWC\u2019s online application form <a title=\"Online Application Form\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uwc.ac.za\/Students\/Admin\/Pages\/Apply-Online.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>South Africans learners wishing to apply online will need a working email address and an ID number. Foreign learners wishing to apply will need to have their passport number.<\/p>\n<p>For more information please call the Contact Centre: (021) 959 3900 \/ 959 3901.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants are required to pay an application fee of R100.00, and thereafter late application fee will be R150.00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application fee may be paid using the following methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card,\u00a0Cheque at UWC\u2019s Cashiers on the on the ground floor of the Student Administration, West Wing building.<\/li>\n<li>Direct Deposit at ASBA Bank<\/li>\n<li>Electronic Funds Tranfer (EFT) from your bank<\/li>\n<li>Credit Card Payment will be accepted \u2013 online at www.uwc.ac.za<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><em>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Cash Office hours: Monday \u2013 Friday: 08h30 \u2013 16h30<\/em><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Submitting of Results and Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>School learners must ensure that all examination results from Grade 11 until September of Grade 12 are submitted. Failure to do such may result in delays within the student\u2019s application process. You might find that you applied early in Grade 12 and thus only sent in your final Grade 11 results. If this is true, as the year progresses and you receive more results keep sending them through to UWC, that way they will have all your results by the time finals come around.<\/p>\n<p>Transferring students should too ensure that all transcripts and academic records are submitted as early as possible as well as that a final transcript of current studies being undertaken reaches the Admissions Office as soon as possible after receipt.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have applied, keep a look out for your acceptance and\/or provisional acceptance letter. You are encouraged to monitor your application status at all times.
