The application process is the same whether you&#8217;re a South African citizen, a registered permanent resident of South Africa, or an international student. (International students come from anywhere outside South Africa.)<\/p>\n<p>All applications are considered based on individual merit, so the only thing to do is to get started.<\/p>\n<h2>Apply online<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msa.ac.za\/study\/apply\/code-list.html\">Choose your course code &#8211; Monash Online Admission system<\/a> will guide you through the application process. You&#8217;ll be prompted to create an account or log in if you have one already. You can save your application at any time and return to it later &#8211; just be sure to complete it and supply any relevant documentation, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msa.ac.za\/study\/apply\/certified-copies\">certified copies <\/a>, before applications close. If you are posting it, ask the post office for a receipt so that you have a record of when you sent it. Allow 2-3 weeks for a postal application to be received.<\/p>\n<h2>Application assessment<\/h2>\n<p>If you apply online you can view the current status of your application, including whether you have been offered a place, by logging in to you account at <a href=\"https:\/\/applicant.connect.monash.edu.au\/connect\/webconnect\">Monash Online Admission system<\/a>. If you have applied by post or fax you will receive written notification of the outcome of your application, or an email if this is how you applied.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re attempting a final-year qualification, you&#8217;ll receive notification once the final results have been released and evaluated.<\/p>\n<h2>You&#8217;re in! Now what?<\/h2>\n<p>Successful applicants will receive a letter of offer and an offer pack. Your offer pack is your &#8220;how to&#8221; guide. It explains how to accept your offer, and is full of information about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msa.ac.za\/our-campus\/accommodation\/\">accommodation<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msa.ac.za\/student-life\/\">life at Monash<\/a>.
